Paypal is the biggest legal scam Worldwide.  Paypal has stolen money from me and millions of others  worldwide. Its obvious by their volumes of complaints on sites such as the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and other consumer review sites that Paypal takes advantage of people. Paypal has the worst customer service I have ever experienced and the rudest employees.  Paypal gets away with stealing from millions of people by making you sign their policy agreement upon opening your Paypal account.  Once you sign up for Paypal you are legally agreeing that Paypal can withhold or withdraw funds without your consent or knowledge. You are also agreeing that Paypal can at anytime limit or close your account again without warning or consent.  BEWARE, no matter how much you "trust" in Paypal, they will eventually steal from you too!

Paypal has your personal info, business info, address, social security number, birth date, credit card numbers, bank account numbers, and much more information than you can imagine! Many people experience identity theft type issues after using paypal. Accounts are compromised and information is used against you! DO NOT GIVE PAYPAL YOUR REAL INFO! I did and it was a BIG MISTAKE!
